Anivin de France
ANIVIN DE FRANCE IS THE NATIONAL TRADE ASSOCIATION REPRESENTING ALL STILL WINES UNDER THE VIN DE FRANCE DESIGNATION
Anivin de France is an association recognised as a collective interest trade body by the authorities. It is tasked with promoting Vin De France in France and abroad. Its members belong to all representative branches of the wine industry:
- UMVIN which represents companies and negociants
- VIF which represents independent winegrowers
- VCF which represents co-operatives (formerly CCVF)
DECISION-MAKING BODIES
THE SUPERVISORY BOARD
is Anivin de France’s executive body. Comprising 28 members, it decides which actions to take, votes on budgets and controls spending. Every two years, it elects the Chairman, alternately a trade and a production representative.
To carry out its mission, it is helped by special committees:
- Advertising-Promotion
charged with directing communications for Anivin de France and presenting the action plan to the Supervisory Board; - Technical aid and sustainability
charged with guiding the Supervisory Board’s choice of technical investments.
THE ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING
comprising 30 members, approves the annual accounts over the past year and examines those for the coming year. Every two years, the General Meeting endorses the lists of representatives on the Supervisory Board based on proposals by the trade organisations that make up Anivin de France.
The 2020 board is represented by:

ITS MISSIONS
Anivin de France’s missions are approved by industry representatives, overseen by the authorities and implemented by a team of 6 people.
REGLEMENTATION

DEFENSE
Defense of the space of freedom created by the designation Vin De France in France and in other countries and the interests of the members
PROMOTION
Development of the sales markets for these wines, in particular through public relations, trade fairs, competitions, advertising and promotion
ECONOMY
Improved knowledge and organization of markets to inform members
COORDINATION
Permanent collaboration between the different professional families of producers and marketers concerned by Vin De France
SOCIAL RESPONSIBILITY
Investment in research, in particular for a vineyard dedicated to Vin De France, as part of a sustainable development approach, in line with the wine profile desired.
