Cherry and Anise Soup

For 4 people
  • 600 g ripe cherries
  • 80 g brown sugar
  • 20 cl water
  • 1 stick cinnamon
  • 1 vanilla bean cut in half
  • 1 clove
  • 1 anise star
  • Wash the cherries.

    Put them in a pot with all of the ingredients, bring to a boil, turn off the heat, infuse, cover and cool.

    Refrigerate and serve cold.
