  • 800 g codfish
  • Fleur de sel
  • 1 tbsp Espelette pepper
  • 1 mild or strong chorizo
  • Basil leaves
  • Freshly milled pepper
  • Cut the codfish into cubes.

    In a cup, mix the fleur de sel, and Espelette pepper and season the codfish with this mixture.

    Place the codfish cubes on a non-stick baking sheet. Preheat the oven to 220 °C and bake for 5 min.

    Cut the chorizo into cubes.

    Put a cube of chorizo and a cube of codfish on skewers or toothpicks and lay atop a basil leaf.

    Serve hot.
