  • 1 bunch chervil
  • 1 bunch tarragon
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • 1 bunch chives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • the juice of 1 lemon
  • 50 g baby salad greens
  • 10 pink radishes
  • Salt
  • Freshly milled pepper
  • Remove the chervil, tarragon and parsley leaves.

    Chop up the chives.

    Mix the lemon and oil in a bowl and season.

    Just before serving, add the baby greens and fine herbs, season, place in a salad bowl and decorate with pink radish cubes.
