Sweet potato flan with Parmesan

Peel the sweet potatoes and cut into large pieces.
Cook them in a saucepan filled with salted water for 10 min.
Drain and mash using a fork.
Beat the eggs, Parmesan, Gorgonzola, cream and nutmeg in a bowl and season with pepper.
Add the mashed sweet potatoes and mix.
Pour this cream into small silicon muffin moulds.
Preheat the oven to 180 °C and bake for 10 min.
Serve chilled or at room temperature.
