Vin De France Cocktails at the Salon de l'Agriculture 2025: A memorable edition!

For the fourth consecutive year, VDF Cocktails workshops have left their mark on the 2025 edition of the Salon de l'Agriculture. On March 1st, at the Pavillon des Vins, visitors had the opportunity to immerse themselves in the world of VDF cocktails, through activities rich in flavors and discoveries ...

The discovery of flavors!

During this exceptional day, participants were able to taste four flagship creations: the Chardo Mule, the Sauvignon Special, the Flower Rosé and the Red & Roses. These cocktails, each highlighting an emblematic grape variety, allowed visitors to explore the richness of Vin De France wines in mixology. The focus was on aromas and diversity of tastes, offering a true sensory journey.

The participants enjoyed the cocktails offered, and two of them made a special impression: Sauvignon Special and Flower Rosé, which were very often among the public’s preferences.

With a dozen workshops organized throughout the day, more than 1,000 tasting cocktails were produced, double the previous year! A craze that reflects the growing public interest in VDF Cocktails.

A special guest for an original animation!

Great news this year: the workshops were led by an exceptional guest, the mixologist and bartender Monsieur Camille. Thanks to his expertise and boundless energy, he was able to add a dose of pep to this event already very appreciated. His know-how allowed visitors to discover new techniques and tricks to reproduce these cocktails at home.

Alcohol-free alternatives and surprises for visitors

Another innovation of this 2025 edition: the promotion of non-alcoholic wines by @Pierre Chavin, allowing amateurs to discover alternatives to create tasty mocktails. A beautiful way to learn mixology while responding to the desires of each!

And that’s not all! Throughout the day, visitors were able to leave with exclusive goodies: recipe cards for replicating cocktails at home, “tattoos” to wear the colours of VDF, and the guide of 60 partner restaurants where to find wines signed Vin De France.
