Yakès
Born in Paris in 1991, Yakes is a versatile artist who comes from the graffiti movement. After studying at a graduate graphic design school, he has been able to hone his identity and his style. He simultaneously began beatmaking as a self-taught practitioner.
After graduating, he decided to become a tattoo artist, whilst also working in illustration and painting, going against the flow in the advertising and communications arena. He has created a trademark world where nature and architecture meet and his organic productions are a window on the world that surrounds us. He now lives and works in Paris.
